Advance booking and legal framework
Passenger transport is subject to the required official permits and compliance with applicable statutory regulations. The service is exclusively for pre-booked journeys. Pickup location, destination, time and availability are agreed in advance.
Passengers and luggage
The number of passengers, suitcases and hand luggage must be stated in the request. Larger groups, oversized luggage, pushchairs, child seats and special mobility needs are arranged individually. Seats and luggage capacity must be confirmed before booking.
Pickup and flight delays
The meeting point is agreed individually. Flight numbers and changed arrival times must be communicated. Automatic flight monitoring is not promised. Handling of delays and waiting time is agreed before the journey.
